Mithras Finanzplanung AG
The whole firm, one CRM
Six advisors, thousands of clients, and every product line with its own data: health insurance, pension funds, collective life, investments, and around 800 tax returns every year. A mix no off-the-shelf CRM maps well, including the commissions and documents behind it.
- Product design
- Full-stack development
- Microsoft 365 integration
What we built
One client file for everything
The CRM models the entire relationship: contacts, mandates, health insurance with its KVG and VVG parts, pension funds, collective life, investments, invoices, notes, tasks, and agenda entries, all on one client record with role-based access for the team.
Tax season as a workflow
Clients hand in their tax documents digitally. The system matches uploads to the right client, flags late submissions, and sends the team a daily status overview, so hundreds of returns move through as a managed pipeline instead of a paper pile.
Built into Microsoft 365
Documents and calendars stay in SharePoint and Outlook: the CRM reads and writes them through Microsoft Graph, so advisors keep their familiar tools while every file and appointment stays linked to the client it belongs to.
The results
The CRM has been in daily use at Mithras since 2024 and has grown with the firm ever since: new product lines, the tax pipeline, and the Microsoft 365 integration were added while the team kept working in it every day.
- 800
- tax returns per year handled through the system
- 5
- product lines united in one client file
