Full Stack Developer (all genders)

Purpur Lab GmbH in Zug is a company within the Purpur Ventures group focused on AI and full stack software development. We help businesses meaningfully integrate AI into their daily operations through custom software, intelligent automation, and practical solutions, from the initial assessment to the finished application. We work both on internal start-ups from Purpur Ventures and on external client projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Developing and enhancing web applications, primarily in the health sector, using modern frameworks in frontend and backend
• Planning and implementing new features together with various teams and stakeholders, including requirements analysis and technical consulting
• Designing and implementing API interfaces and integrating external services and platforms
• Close coordination with colleagues from UI/UX design and development to plan upcoming sprints
• Regular code reviews, technical discussions within the team, and close collaboration with team members domestically and abroad
• Responsibility for a clean codebase, including tests, documentation, and continuous optimization of workflows and deployments
• Actively contributing to the further development of our digital products and to technical decisions throughout the entire development process

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in IT or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a modern web environment
• Experience developing modern web applications with Python, Flutter, Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, as well as React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL
• Enjoyment in tackling challenges and implementing solutions independently
• Confident use of Git, CI/CD, and Docker, along with an interest in clean architecture and code quality
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• A structured and responsible way of working with open communication within the team
• Interest in digital trends and new technologies
• Willingness to communicate with various teams and stakeholders and translate requirements into clear technical steps
• Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, OpenStack, and Tailwind CSS is a plus
